Brivis Buffallo ducted heater has a phantom wanting to start on its own.

Heater solenoids clicking and fan starts and runs for a short period then stops this has gone on for days. I have disconected the internal control to see if the signal was a fault in the controller but the heater will continue to run as above when it is disconnected. I beleive the fault to be in the control box of the unit itself. I have had to disconnect power from the unit to stop it.
