We have a Brivis Buffalo 15 gas central heating unit. With a programmable honeywell thermostat.
Our central heating unit is showing the 'valve fault lockout' error.
I have tried turning the power to the heater off.. waiting 10seconds and turning back on.. it usually allows the central heating unit to come back on... the pilot lights starts up, and the heater then turns on.
However the unit will only stay on for a short time.. sometimes 5 minutes or sometimes a few hours. (usually for a few hours if I take the thermostat off the the wall and then put it back on again) maybe loose connectors... or a dodgy thermostat. or something else entirely
