Brivis Buffalo VR800A 1160 Pilot light not lighting main burner

The pilot light on my Brivis Buffalo VR800A stays on when I hold the pilot light (for between 2 - 5 minutes) but even with the thermostat turned on, the main burner doesn't light. The fan still works, as does the Relight Function.
Was working up until about 3 days ago - no power cuts or gas cuts to make me think it could be an issue with power/gas.
Looking for a repair on Tuesday 28 or Wednesday 29 June
