Brivis central heater repair not blowing hot air

I have a brivis he30i (internal) ducted heater which is barely blowing any warmed air lately. that's because the main hose (duct) which is connected into the furnace was originally cut too short and installed with a tight fit onto the furnace. over the course of 2 years, the hose has slowly worked it's way off the furnace. now, hot air is escaping in the roof space, and it's taking forever to warm up my house, as less than half the warmed air is entering my house. i need a supply and fit quote on a longer length of ducting hose (long enough to have some slack) please.
