Brivis Ducted Heater Repair

I have a brivis ducted heating system - 2P Wombat 15 , For last few days it turns off on its own and i have to get up in the roof and restart it from the unit . When such an issue happens it displays lockdown code of Flash 2 shorts & 2 longs i.e. Pilot False flame.
Heater was recently serviced and cleaned as well but issue still occurs.
Need some who knows about Brivis and can fix this issue .
