We have a Brivis ducted heating system that needs a service.
I am not sure of the model or how old (the house is approx 10-15 years old I think).
The heater works well although sometimes the temperature display appears to show the incorrect temperature so there may be an issue with the thermostat?
Access to the unit via the man hole is difficult as the previous owners built a shelf directly below it - you can shuffle along the shelf, however access via the tiled roof is likely to be easier.
