Brivis ducted heating is not working & hasnt been for 1 year

I have a braemar (i think- or is it brivis...!) ducted heating that i believe is approx. 12 years old. it has 7 outlets. it was working but a year ago stopped. it would short circuit the electricity and turn everything off. even when it was working, it wasn't very efficient. i'd like someone to please have a look and let me know if they think it's repairable and also if it's working correctly and efficiently or if there are any sort of upgrades available

I was charged $116 to be told that he couldn't even have a look at my heating because of access issues in the roof. It's an old house and an old system; surely there are ways around this!!! An Electrician was able to install a cieling fan in a room past the heating unit, so there certainly is access. He turned up on time which was good but I didnt appreciate being charged so much to be told it was too hard to look at.
