Brivis ducted heating not working

Brivis panel seems to be working, and system seems to start up, but seems to only start for a couple of minutes - it does not continue to heat even though it has not reached temperature. Fan is working okay apparently but air is not really coming out like it did previously. May be a thermostat issue?
We need someone to look at and resolve the issue if possible.
