We need a serviceman to diagnose and fix a brivis high efficiency ducted heating system. The heat will not kick in and the fan is running non stop even when turned off on inside panel. It only turns off when we turn it off on the outside PowerPoint. Have tried the manual reset many times to no avail. Family including 3 small boys are freezing during this cold snap. Can anyone help?
