I am about to begin some renovations in my home that includes replacing windows, painting, plumbing, tiling, carpentary work etc. I think it wold be easier and cheaper for me to do this by getting the required trades rather than getting a builder as I understand that they are expensive. So I am starting with checking my old heating and cooling systems. They are about 35 years old and I want to know if they are still running efficiently or if i need to replace either or both systems. I will then need someone to check my skylights as they are letting in a lot of draft. There's a lot of work left to do.
