My 2 year old brivis he30i ducted heater is no longer blowing sufficiently through any of the air ducts, whether they are close or far from the furnace. the closely located ducts have some air flowing but barely heating up the rooms. the further ones are getting barely any air, and heating up their respective rooms not nearly enough. my unit has 2 zones connected, but that shouldn't matter. it takes a while to heat up my home these days, especially during the recent cold mornings. i distinctly remember when the unit was freshly installed, that it would take 15mins to heat up my entire home from 12c to 18c, with air flow enough to move hair around. my brother in-law also has the same heater, but does not suffer any reduction in air-flow. nb: the furnace & fan appear to be working normally, but all the air flow is not reaching the air ducts. perhaps the main duct connection (from the furnace to the duct work) has come loose, and air is escaping into the roof cavity, rather than being pushed through the air ducts into my home.
