Intiall felt that he was great to deal with.Got this installed 4 months ago. I am having problems with the heating. Tried to contact him numerous times but it was answered only once and never again. Left voice messages few times and sent text messages requesting him to answer the phone. Never got a reply. Very disappointed with the way he handled the situation. 13/10/2015:- Finall Dean answered my call and agreed to come to my place to have a look at the installation. Hope this would be a better resulkt this time. Will update.
