Ducted heating fixed, Honeywell brand. Not working correctly in all rooms

We have underfloor ducted heating in our house, but it is not working in the majority of rooms. when it is turned on there is heat coming out, but only in 3 rooms, at the front of the house, and with a huge amount of force. there is nothing in the bathrooms, living areas or main bedroom (at the back of the house). the ducting itself has been replaced very recently (only last weekend) and so is new, but it seems there are further issues. the house is a 4 bedroom house, and the re are 2 bathrooms and one major living area which is kitchen, dining and livingroom. the control on the wall for the heater has the honeywell label.
