My heating unit is a brivis buffalo 85. there is only cool air coming out of ducts when the heater is on and its not heating at all. i have checked the pilot light and unplugged power supply as advised by brivis in case there may have been a power surge. its the first time i've used it this winter. the unit hasn't been serviced in the time i have been at the property (5 years).
