Hi there,
Our Brivis stopped working after not using it for a prolonged period of time.
I removed front panel and found that one part (the zip tube burner) looks like been broken.
I can manually light the pilot (it stays on) but not the main burner.
The fan is operating OK, I can cool the house down with the Ad-in cooling unit.
