Ducting for heater to be serviced / repaired

ducting is in concrete slab - built about late 70's gas heater unit replaced as part of renovation, and blows very strong stream of hot air but dust / particles / continues to be blown out. had then professionally cleaned last winter - helped a little - but still a problem. the cleaning didn't penetrate very far with the hoses - not sure if a more thorough job will do it - or if the ducts have been punctured, and dust being drawn in continually?
