Our honeywell ducted heating system is blowing cold air, we do not know how to programme it properly and it appears to go in to sleep mode and away mode quite often, we had one in our old house and used to be able to programme hold temp and it would work, this one doesnt. i would imagine the unit needs a service. the unit is outside and the ducts are floor ducts down stairs.
