Electrical infloor heating not working

Following a recent installation of evaporative cooling the infloor heating thermastat failed and part of the flooring no longer heats up. The company that installed the heating 4 years ago did not respond to our phone calls. We are now managing the heating to the one area that is working by turning the heating on and off at the meter. The reast of the house is cold.
