I organised for them to turn up at a set time. They were late and made no attempt to provide a courtesy call to advise such. Once they finally did make it out they checked over the unit and advised they would go get some pricing for the spare parts and provide a full quote. It has been a month now and I still haven\'t heard from them. I had to get someone else to come in and repair the unit
