we have an old brivis ducted heating unit that we are constantly having trouble with. Just recently the pilot has gone out and we cannot get it re-lit. Just at the start of winter we had someone come out and clean it but every winter we seem to have the same problems.. I'm not sure if we need to replace the whole unit all together or if we can get someone to fix it once and for all!
