Braemar ducted heater won't work and is due for service. i have tried switching it off and on at the outside switch and the inside thermostat - we have gas as the hot water is working. it might just be the pilot light but i don't want to blow it up and it's due for a service anyway! the model number is tb90n and the model number is a tb/tbx series. thanks!
