Gas ducted heater is not working correctly needing repair brand hunter

The unit turns off after only heating for 5 mins and then when it comes back on it blows cold air only.
if you turn the themostat to manual and set it to the highest temp this makes no differance.
i am not sure of the brand, the controller has "hunter" on it but the unit outside starts with a "staht" ??? i think.
we really need this fixed asap and are happy to pay extra to get someone out quickly.
