Brivis Buffalo ducted heating system, the pilot light keeps going out. there is an electric re-ignighter which does not seem to be working. Also the nozzle where the gas comes out for the pilot light appears to be clogged. Please call mobile rather than email.

Poor communication, got there about 4 hours late. Had to call multiple times to understand where the person was. Was told they would quote for job on arrival, but the junior apprentice guy who showed up had no authority to provide quote. Having said that repair was pretty straight forward and resolved the issue. although for a couple of days had no idea how much it cost me as the guy kept calling and not leaving a message. Response to this feedback demonstrates an inability to learn from mistakes and address issues. Customer service clearly not a priority.
