We have a Brivis ducted heating unit (HE30 I think) that hasn't been working normally. It seems to be only working at about 30%. It does seem to be working but takes a long time to heat the house and the air feels cooler than normal and the fan is not blowing full strength. A few days ago the control unit had the spanner showing, I then pressed the reset on the controller. Now at startup it heats the furnace then goes full strength for about 30 secs and then the fan slows down to 30% and continues to work but the fan is slower and the air feels cooler than normal. At first I thought it might have been just low gas pressure due to it being a cold morning but it hasn't changed in a few days and the gas lines in the area were upgraded only 2 years ago so I don't think it is that.
