I am after help to better use and program our Honeywell chronotherm IV plus in a house we have just moved in to. We have read the manual but is is hard to understand and follow.
1. When on heater mode the fan must be on for the unit to work, when we have it on "heat and "auto" it does not work. Is this correct or are we doing something incorrectly?
2. We also had somebody come out to program it but it hasn't been done properly because when the program is running and it comes on in "return" mode, when it turns on the fan comes on only and no warm air is coming out of the heater. Are we also doing this incorrectly?
Any advise you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
