Hydronic heater system leak repair

we have a hydronic heating system, which when activated approx a month ago, seems to have wasted over many thousands of litres of water.
we are unsure where the leak is, but our property was built in the late 1800s. all internal walls are double brick on bluestone foundations.
access to the sub floor piping which carries the heating is via a 'small' manhole in each room.
could you please advise approx costs to have the property inspected an hopefully the leak repaired? there are 8 raditators (via 5 manholes). the actual boiler is approx one year old.
