Igniters in ducted heater not working - honeywell

Earlier this week a warning light came up on the ducted heating wall panel advising the batteries need to be replaced. batteries were replaced although a flame symbol appeared on the wall panel, i believe this relates to the pilot light. fan is working but blowing out cold air. checked heater, appears igniters are not working and need to be repaired/replaced.
