Install Scandia woodfire burner in pergola area through cool decking

We have purchased a Scandia Wood fire heater and flume kit to use outside under a pergola area. The floor is concrete and we have additional pavers for it to stand on. We have a stainless steel fume kit, but will probably need a slight angle placed in it to be able to centralize the wood burner. Essentially we are simply looking for someone to install the flume through a cooldecking roof (50mM thick, colourbond) on top)
