We have a two storey house with ducted heating. We have recently purchased a new 4 star unit to replace the old one. The duct system was not replaced. Upstairs the heating is working very effeciently but downstairs there is pratically no air flow and the rooms are not heated as a result. The ducts are not easily accessible (running through the floor or walls) so we are looking for someone who can put something down the duct or otherwise idenitify the problem and provide a quote for fixing it. The property is a rental property and the tennants are vacating in 2 weeks time so we are looking to fix the issue then before new tennants move in.
