I have recently rented my house out to tenants, and have never had an issue before. They reported that the system was only blowing cold air. Went to check, and the pilot was off. Relit the pilot and it stayed on, so set the unit to "ON" and thought the issue was solved.
Tenants then reported that it was not working at all, so I went to check it again. Pilot lights up, burners light up but then there is a constant loud clicking and the fan does not seem to kick in at all.
