We'd like some options for how we could improve the efficiency of the whole system, what high-efficiency condensing boilers are available, what they would cost and how we go about getting one installed.

Pilot light went out over summer. Turned on a week ago and worked for a few days. But it went out again and attempts to restart have failed. Reset unit as per instructions. Turn on thermostat and... Tried approximately 10 times over the space of two hours, with same result each time. Stadt J-90 EI. FLT-1001-EFS.

Hydronic heaters need a service - possible blockage or build up - aren't working consistently. Approx 10 panels in house. Flickmixer tap in kitchen needs replacing - we have purchased new tap unit. Vulcan quasar 40 natural gas room heater. when it gets hot it shuts down and the pilot light goes out. have to wait several minutes to cool down and relight pilot light. heater then relights....
