We have tried all the resetting proceedures and have changed the remote batteries. The unit seems to start the first fan then it cuts out and wont do anything else. We had a service man look at it and he said it needs a new mother board, just thought that maybe someone out there may be able to help us out with parts or advice?. The heater is a Vulcan Hi Efficiency 80 ECO model 9427 as best i can read off the id plate.
