Unit is approx 15-16 years old. Ceiling installed/single storey. Recently cuts out after start up. Had service & new return air duct fitted. Worked for about an hour then same old problem. Have tried "rebooting" as per instructions but still cuts out after start up. Looking & listening to unit - it sounds like a thermostat is "faulty".
