Greg responded within minutes of placing the joblisting. I explained what was wrong and he knew exactly what I was talking about. I work long hours and he was flexible to being available and worked around my schedule. Saturday arrived and Greg communicated regularly with me whilst he was fixing the heater. He not only replaced the fan, but completly serviced the appliance and found a problem with the thermostat (he fixed that as well).
