The system is an Omega IHE100S (approx 8 years old) in the roof of a two storey home. There is very little heat blowing out of upstairs vents. Whole system seems very inefficient. There may be a problem with a baffle in one of the ducts, it seems to be broken.Needs service/repair and recommendations for more efficient use of system eg. zoned heating.
