We live in a 3 story townhouse with 2 separate Isis Smart Temp thermostats. The top floor thermostat can be set to 25 degrees and it blows hot for 5 to 10 minutes but then it blows cold. This problem means that we need to keep switching the device off and on. The problem is getting worse. We cannot get the room warmer than 16 degrees.
We would like to have a repairman fix the system so that it maintains a steady temperature and provide us with a warranty that it will continue to work.
We had a repairman look at the system 2 years ago, but the problem has come back and is now much worse.
My house is 4 years old and the heating system is obviously quite new.
