We currently have a split system which takes care of the back of the house (living area, kitchen, dining) but need something for the front which consists of a hallway with 2 bedrooms approx 3.5 x 3.5m each on either side (total 4 rooms + hall). High ceilings approx 3m. Roof access is only possible from manhole inside the house. House is weatherboard on stumps so access under house is available. Lath and plaster is quite fragile so minimal cutting/penetration to walls/ceiling preferred.
