Quotation for Split System Replacement

We have an approximately 10 year old 6.5kW Kelvinator split system (heating/cooling) which requires replacement. We are requesting for quotation of costs to replace this system given the following details:
-New unit estimated to be 6.0-7.0kW throughput (unless otherwise recommended)
-Unit located on outdoor balcony of 3rd floor apartment
-Aiming to utilise existing in-the-wall electrical and piping
-Anticipate that the existing piping will require cleaning and testing
-Acknowledge current type of gas is now non-standard
-Availability and access to apartment unfortunately is best outside of normal trading hours (Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00)
