We have 2 Rennai gas heaters that need servicing/repairs. We think its the fan or thermostat on both. When the control is switched on meduim the heater shuts down or may shut down after say 20 Min. We cannot hear the fan at all. Model numbers are: REH-21OUC (Galaxie 21 unflued) and the second is a R60MF (unflued)
