Repai brivis ducted heating/cooling won't switch from cool to heat

I have a brivis heater and cooler which is connected to a networker wall control. it is not allowing me to switch between the two appliences, only remaining on cooler .
on advice, i've swithced off the mains power to the house for 5-10 mins to allow the networker to reset itself, however, it continues to remain on cooler when pressing the ""mode" key.
