The Brivis Buffalo 85 heater outside unit stopped maintaining the pilot flame. Can manually start the pilot but on releasing it the flame goes out. Auto restarting gave the sparks but no flame. Was told it might be the thermostat inside. Prefer service date Thursday Aug 23.
