Have a small brick-veneer 60s house with a 10-20 year old gas central heater installed. There 6 outlets vents under the floor and 1 large recycle vent in-conveniently placed in the middle of the hallway. The old ducts are torn in places and vents are damaged and I am afraid to turn on the heater for fear of it being full of dust and dirt. I need someone to replace all the ducts and clean and asses whether the heater is functional or needs to be replaced. Also, if possible relocate the recycle air vent into the cupboard or ceiling location.
