Repair heating duct zone control motor in roof

I have a 2 storey house that has ducted heating through the roof. At the moment heating/cooling only comes from the downstairs ducts even when the upstairs ducts ar switched on. I suspect the zone control motor in the ceiling is either jammed or has failed (this has happened before). Repair most likely requires either a replacment zone control motor or motor and flap control assembly. (Sory not sure of brand). Ceiling is easy to get into and lit...fairly easy to get around.
