Heater is not turning on. Pilot light is lit and there are two flashing red lights. I have checked the batteries in the wall controller and that appears to be ok. Suspect problem is with the ceiling mounted unit.

In the end didn\'t need to hire any repairer thanks to Daniel at DHC. He kindly suggested to try the reset switch which solved the problem. Highly recommend and will use in the future for any heating issues
