Standt external split sytem air conditioner on level 8 (rooftop) does not blow cool air. Job may be as simple as a re-gas or unit may need repairing. Difficult access as it is on rooftop (level 8) outside safety rails so will need safety harness (unit sits on iron roof approx. 2 meters by 3 metres).
