Work started On Time, We ended up having to get a new Brivis Central Heater. The installation started on time but was Completed quite some time later, like one-two Months after it was installed. We have had issues with this heater since it was installed installed and the After Sales Service has been terrible. To the point where appointments were made to come out and assess the issues with no one turning up and no follow up calls to check to see if the issue was fixed. Must have tried to call them a dozen times with no success at all. 1 Year later now Dealing with Brivis Direct
