Repair SouthernAir Ducted Air Cond Not Blowing Hot/Cold Air

This old reverse cycle Air Cond unit made by Southern Air (or Southern Heating) is located on the rooftop of my double-storey house.
It is neither blowing hot air nor cold air. The fan is operating and blowing just like a normal fan though.

This gentleman was a good talker - he charged for the work that he didn't do. My pressure switch was on the rooftop, he only poked around in the roof cavity & claimed that he had already checked the switch & bypassed it but it didn't help. He believed that the heat pump was dead & a brand new system should be installed. We later looked into his false claim and just reset the pressure switch on the rooftop and all was well I am a qualified electrical & electronic engineer and do understand the system well Avoid this gentleman in the future
