My central heating has been broken for 5 weeks. initially it would start up for a few hours and then fail to refire to maintain the temperature. i have had climatec out 3 times to fix it. they replaced the metal bar that sits in the pilot light flame and also the solanoid. when this didn't work they advised me that it must be a gas problem. my plumber believes the gas is fine - other appliances eg instantaneous hot water and appliances all work. when my plumber looked at the unit and removed the gas pipe and refitted it, the system worked again for approx 3 days. now it does not work at all. having paid 2 experts to fix it and to still have no heating is frustrating in the middle of winter. can anybody help me please! i'm freezing!
