Existing ducts are to be replaced by new ducts in two rooms. The Brivis furnace is at the front of the house, with the lounge and dining rooms on the other side of a double brick wall from the furnace. Underfloor access is not available, so carpet and floorboards will need to be pulled up. There are four registers in the two rooms. Also, the main duct leads to branch ducts with outlets in other rooms - the main duct should be replaced (in the sections within these two rooms).
The Brivis furnace works fine, but it's old so should be assessed for replacement.
