Replace vent grilles to evaporative cooling system

There are 6-7 plastic vents that has deteriorated in look and condition. I'm looking for options for a more updated look. Also, one of those vents is no longer connected to the ducts, and hence needs a vent/cover to prevent serious heat loss during winter.
